mac mini m4 and following this comment steps by Bass worked – though I didn’t find Versions.xml & default news.rss files in the documents/fl studio/settings/internet folder

FILE COMES WITH A “CRACKED’” FOLDER

1). Replace files:
FLEngine_Res.dylib & FLEngine_x64.dylib, in…
/Applications/FL Studio 20.app/Contents/Libs
2). Very Important!!!
Block with Little Snitch: FL Studio (support.image-line.com)
3). Go to: Help – Unlock FL Studio, and load “FLRegKey_20.8_Mac.reg”
DELETE “Default news.rss” and “Versions.xml” located in:
Documents/Image-Line/FL Studio/Settings/Internet
The folder in which the FLRegKey.reg is in is called “Cracked”. Whatever you used to open the .rar file it should be in, just export it and then Open Fl Studio – > Help – > About – > “Unlock with file” -> Link to the FLRegKey.reg

Needs an Update also make the all plugins edition available..

In the file I downloaded it says that I have to delete these files:
Default news.rss
Versions.xml
