ChronoSync is an application for Mac, which can be used to synchronize or backup files and folders. Allows you to make a backup of the entire system as well, to create a bootable backup
With ChronoSync can sync or do a backup for most devices and directories, and all that can be connected to the Mac, including a folder on your Mac, other Macs, PCs and external drives.

CAN NOT REGISTER.
Installed and ran the patch installer, but when opened it says “ChronoSync quit unexpectedly. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.”
In the report it says “Termination Reason: Namespace CODESIGNING, Code 0x2.”
Tried three times, then used the remover to completely uninstall the app. Re-installed, ran the patch, opened…same result.
The instructions missed a step: During installation, right before the last window appears to say it was successfully installed, another window opens and contains 3 options. The instructions don’t say which one to select, but I picked Demo Mode the first two times.
“Welcome to ChronoSync v12.0.0
This program is not registered. Your options are:
Activate Trial Mode.
A temporary license key will be requested from our server.
Use Demo Mode.
You can only scan 5000 files and run a sync once per session.
Register the Application.
Enter the license key you received from our online store.”
On the last try I picked the first option because I knew Little Snitch would block the key request…AND IT OPENED! It opened in demo mode so I closed it, ran the patch again, opened the app and got the same error message as the first time. It won’t even re-open in demo mode. 😡

I installed without any problems, than the patch. But it still says 15 days remaining. Trial mode.
Can this app make bootable disks ?
The marketing says “Incremental, bootable, and data volume backups” but under what hardware I don’t know.
