Every time I open photoshop, adobe photoshop 2026 would like to access data from other app pop up appears. full disk access granted but still appears. is there any ways to disable it?
The generative fill does not work, can I fix it somehow?
Generative Fill needs full access to Adobe’s servers.
Cracked versions block that access via the hosts file, so it won’t work.

Again, Ronny, thats not true. You can still get Gen with cracked versions, just now whoever is cracking THESE versions.
Why doesnt anyone ever put installation instructions for these like they used to?…
Has anyone tried GIMP? It’s a free program that is VERY similar to PS. After you download it, run it once and close it. Then install PhotoGIMP, which will give it a very Photoshop looking GUI. Even after installing PhotoGIMP, go into icon Themes in settings and change to “legacy”, to get more colorful icons
Try it – if you don’t like it, just uninstall. It’s pretty cool.

Obviously no. For the use generative fill you will to buy a signature Adobe CC.
Can someone help me with the installation on my MacBook Air m4 with macOS Tahoe 26,2? I’m not able to get it to work. Do I first need to download the trial version of Adobe Photoshop? Is there somewhere I can find a video about the installation process or a more detailed guide than the one provided? Thanks in advance for the help!
If you’ve updated to Tahoe 26.2, it won’t run due to the new OS protections. I guess we’ll have to wait for a new release.

You won’t be able to run it for now due to OS Protections introduced in macOS Tahoe 26.2
to bypass the os protections, you need to follow these steps
1 turn off ur mac
2 press and hold power key for 10 secs
3 click [options] and clik [continue]
If asked to select a volume to recover, select your startup disk, such as Macintosh HD. Then click Next.
If asked to select a user you know the password for, select the user, click Next, then enter the password they use to log in to this Mac
4Click [Utilities], then select [Startup Security Utility]
5 Select the startup disk you wish to use from those displayed, then click [Security Policy]
6 After selecting “Reduced Security,” select “Allow user management of kernel extensions from identified developers” and click [OK]
7Enter the administrator name and password, then click [OK]
8On the Apple menu, select [Restart] to restart your Mac
I just tried doing that and it isn’t working. I still can’t “See Contents”.
Just click the Free Download button (not the other one) , select the ARM version (because you have an M-series processor), and follow the instructions. I’m running Tahoe with an M1 and had no problems at all with the version on this page.
Hi, I just installed it and it seemed fine in principle, but when I try to do generative fill or anything with AI, I get the message “The service is not responding. Check your internet connection.” Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks and sorry my bad English 🙂
You need a live creative cloud account for generative ai functionality.
Essentially you have to pay for photoshop on a monthly basis for AI to work.
I tried to install several times, but the read me instructions step dont seem to correspond to the folders present in the PS app file… I’ve successfully cracked multiple PS before but this time I’m really having a hard time… any help?

I have Tahoe too and I even tried 2-3 older versions that, used to but, don’t run at all. Unless you need truly pro level features, the Elements version is pretty good and not that expensive

The program works, but some of the tools in it do not work.
So far, so good on my MBA M1 on Tahoe 26.2. It has been installed for a few days, blocked everything with Little Snitch. No nags or errors, yet.

It seemed to work but after a couple of days a warning from Adobe appeared and forced me to close the program. Tried to install again but it ended up the same way.

Does not recognise RAW files?
Photoshop is a Pixel Editor not a Raw editor/converter.
Either you have to download a separate RAW editor or download Camera Raw from Adobe and install that.
Camera RAW will be incorporated in PS after installing so when you choose PS as default RAW editor it will open PS and in addition camera RAW within PS

Quick question. I have an older PS installed ~ maybe from 4 years ago. It’s working great. Will this installer override my current version or will I have two working versions. I have stuck with the old version cos I never needed the new AI technology. Thanks in advance for any info.
I have 2024 also installed and this created a new folder for 2026.
So no need to remove the older version.

This version works well but it’s missing camera Raw which is essential for mostly everyone. If anybody knows a workaround to install camera raw without deactivating PS please let me know.
You need Adobe Camera Raw 18. Go to this site and download and install.

This installer is working for the Apple Sillicon only.
Not Intel MAC compatible just for your info only for Silicon
But is it true that it only works with Intel MAC?
Apparently on A**** s website it says ‘certain intel macs’ im using a i9 Intel 2020 and it says not compatible so i’ve reverted back to the working older version.
Quick tip: Monter Group releases are super easy to install, but they won’t let you use Neural Filters.
On the other hand, versions with the Adobe Activation Tool connect to Adobe servers and unlock Neural Filters. If you’re installing multiple Adobe apps, it’s best to stick to the same type of release.
For example, if you’ve got Illustrator or Lightroom Classic from Monter Group, go with Photoshop from Monter Group too
