After days of troubleshooting and numerous uninstall attempts, I successfully got it running on my M2 Sonoma 14.2! My Photoshop was working using the instructions but AI was always an issue.
The persistent issue involved the app displaying the trial-ended alert or abruptly force closing. Here’s the step-by-step process I followed to resolve the issue:
Ensure No Blocking Applications:
Before installing, confirm that there are no blocking applications like Little Snitch or Radio Silencer active during the installation.
Block App Using Radio Silencer:
After installation, I used Radio Silencer to block the app.
Repair Install Through Creative Cloud:
Reopened the Creative Cloud app and initiated a repair for the installation.
Minor Issue with Start Page:
The application now functions, albeit with a minor glitch where the start page doesn’t load properly. However, this doesn’t hinder the ability to open files from the main menu.
I hope these steps prove helpful to anyone facing a similar challenge on the M2 Sonoma 14.2.
Everything was ok for a month but two days ago it started giving error “This non genuine Adobe app will be disabled soon”. Gives 10 days to purchase original. An orange alert bar in appeared in illustrator and always stands there while using the app. It is very annoying, any solution?
Go to firewall settings and block all adobe applications

Hey Guys, I know this is a bit late but the problem is caused by the Core Sync App, I had this same issue. To fix it, Install the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool from Adobe’s website and select ‘CC Apps’ from the dropdown on the top-right. Then select the CoreSync app and press clean. After this try installing again and it should work this time.

Good morning, I encountered this problem: when I am connected to an internet network and I open Illustrator or Photoshop everything works normally (except the generative AI functions).
But if I try to open Ai or Ps without an internet connection, they unexpectedly close a few seconds after startup.
How can I solve it?

This worked for fixing error code 146:
Find this file: Applications -> Utilities -> Adobe Sync -> CoreSync
Rename the app Core Sync to Core Syne_1 (or anything you like), then reboot. Check the same location to see if it has come back and delete it if it has.
Then run the installer and the patch.
Then go back and rename it back to Core Sync

Update Adobe App.to 5.9.0 (most common reason)
Furthermore , if you Google on that error code you get pages of options for solving.
Try them
Since there are more than one option for solving this error we don’t know what works for you in your situation !
So get your lazy bums out of the chair and start googling and try the offered options.
