I couldn’t use dreamweaver, I followed the steps I open the program but asks me to login with adobe id and ask me directly for a trial version.

No problem for me to download the torrent files (Dreamweaver V21.7 (Adobe Installer), and Adobe Activation Tool v1.2.4).
1. Uninstall the old version.
2. Install Minimum Creative Cloud from Extra folder, if CC is not installed on your computer.
3. Install Dreamweaver “Install.app”.
For me the chosen language is not installed, but only the us_US version. Also I had to change “ALL” in the “driver.xml” file to my language, either “it_IT” for Italian people or “fr_FR” for French people for example. This file is located in the Install/products/driver.xml folder.
4. Personally, I preferred not to use “Adobe Activation Tool v1.2.4” because I didn’t want to open a Creative Cloud window and have to log in to the Adobe server and use an ID. So I used “Adobe Activation Tool v2.1.2 (it was with Dreamweaver v21.6.0) to activate Dreamweaver before I could open it.
Work perfectly on iMac Intel Ventura.

I think this is just a normal torrent file; you will only need to use Adobe Activation Tool for activation.
